Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First practice with the UVM squad. Ran a 45 minute tempo on the bike path today. We went 25 minutes out and 20 minutes back. The way out was controlled and felt good. I felt strong the entire time except for the last few minutes. We picked it up a great deal and I could feel the lactate starting to accumulate. Regardless I led most of the workout and finished with the pack. Overall, a great first workout. Burlington, VT
