Comments:
Well I was so discouraged with my running and I was freaking out because I could not even run 2 consecutive miles at 8 min. pace. So today my goal was to run 2 miles under 16 min. I ran the 2 miles in 15.44. (This was my "tipping point) I could not possibly get any worse so it was kind of nice knowing wherever I started today I would improve. Plus I prayed so much about this I know the Lord has His hand on me and He is going to help me.
