Weather: Cool but humid
Comments:
Wasn't feeling real strong at the start. Hit my stride around 4-5 miles through about 9 then sucked it up to the end. Poor planning as the last 1.3 was very steep at times. I actually walked fast up some of the climbs in the last mile. A much more hilly run than last week--perhaps accounting for the slower pace. Also, stopped for water and to pee and eat a gel--this time included in my overall time. Next week a step-back
