Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
My mobility today was very limited because of mi espalda so I wasn't expecting very much from the day. I started on the elliptical thinking I was only going to go for 5 minutes. I'm very glad I didn't stop after 5 minutes. It feels like the first time in months that I've felt this good after a workout/run. I pushed hard the whole time on high resistance and gave 100% the last minute and it gave me such a high. I missed that feeling so much.
I tried using the foam roller afterwards by doctors orders. I had watched videos earlier on how to use it but I don't know if I was doing that right. My arms were also too weak to roll myself so thats nice.
