Comments:
There was a whole group of us who went to Wilson to Aqua Jog. I had just talked with Anthony about being careful about not overdoing training. So I only did the first 20 minutes of the workout while everyone else did 40. It felt good and I feel as if I'm getting good at going hard during the aqua sprinting parts. It was sad to stop early, but I could feel that my body was tired from the workout.
