I don't really know if this could be considered a run. It was more of a stumble in the heat. I did the timed mile at 5:59. I don't know if that was any good, I'm fine with it. One thing that really slowed me down is that my legs aren't use to concrete at all. I need to run more on it just so my legs aren't as bothered.
