Brooks Lake trails
Sleep: 5.5 hr. Up late doing dishes, picked up my bib and t-shirt and then went for my warmup, saw a decapitated snake on the trail which made me jump the first time, bathroom break, drills, stretch.

TRC Run over Cancer
Lead pretty much wire to wire, the lead cyclists was super awesome, felt pretty good and relaxed through roughly 5 miles, no mile markers, so no idea on pace, Julius from TRC showed up 20 minutes and led me through the second lap, won the 10k and a free pair of New Balance shoes, maybe I will pick up a pair of racing flats for once, second race in Jesuit jersey and second win.

Talked with Mr. Herrington for a bit before going on my cooldown, tried to encourage those still on the course, stretch.
