Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Weights were busy. Basically couldnt do anything unless you could lift at least 50 lbs dumbbells. Did some med ball work instead.

3 sets of:
Med Ball Pushups x5
Medball series
Straight Leg Deadlift (40 lbs)

Decent, didnt feel that much of a workout since I couldnt get up into the real equipment. Shoulders really sore from the pushups...
