Comments:
Progressive run at Siena. Had to go to the bathroom so it felt more like a tempo. Ran through East Hills for a total of 4 miles. Splits were (5:51, 5:44, 5:41, 5:34). Felt tired towards the end. Very un-motivating doing that on my own.
