Nice title right? I made it interactive, thanks for noticing. I looked at this elliptical session different than I usually do. Instead of going as hard as I can for as long as I can I kept the resistance down and only kept it above a 70 RPM for the first ten minutes and about a 80 RPM for the last ten minutes but I still kept my signauture elliptical finish because you always finish strong. It was a great time and even though it was twice as long as my last few sessions it felt much easier.
