Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4x8minutes at race pace in the cornfield loop.
Had to go to the bathroom halfway through so I did the last rep on my own.
The only accurate split was the 1.5 mile mark which was a full loop. My 1.5 mile splits were (7:50, 7:33, 7:30, 7:31). Called it 6.5 miles with recovery.
