The Shell up SW Bike Path to McKee and back-

I did not sleep enough this weekend (my own fault) for the week to begin already. Yet it came nevertheless. My right ankle was getting sorer and sorer throughout the run. Perhaps I overextended things yesterday in my efforts to return to running 15.
