Almost cold this morning going out for the run. Still felt real tired and got up late so things were thrown off a bit. Went to a coworker's wedding last night. Was a pretty fun time but i'm sure the dancing made my legs even more tired than they already were.

Poor couple though, it poured the entire time. It was at a barn in the country and they actually had to end the reception early because the water was threatening to washout the driveway and the highway leading from Florence out to there got covered in a significant amount of water. Like we drove through a puddle that was almost over the wheels.

Made it safe though. Just tried to chill on this run. I think lately I may have been trying to force a fitness level onto myself that isn't really there. I've run for a long time and the one thing I learned is nothing good comes from forcing things that aren't there. It was good to take a step back and just put in the distance today. Not worry about how fast I was running or how that compares to where things were in the past or how I want things to be in the future.
