Haha.
I ran the tempo run this morning.
Meghan, Ashley, and Rachael totally kicked my but!
Haha.
I was feeling pretty tired.

We ran out 2min.
Ran hard for 10min.
Recovery 5min.
Ran hard for 10min.
And then it took 4min. to get back to the beginning where we all meet.

I'm so happy we did that this morning instead of this afternoon! Haha.

Then we did some abbs!
