Comments:
From the parking lot. Nice day out for sure. Glad I took the time to fit in the run, made me feel a lot better and I sure was ready to go at the end of the day. XC Course first, then O Hill and down around campus to end at the gym. The XC Course was especially quiet and nice. Felt pretty strong finishing up at the gym, weaving around all the students on the sidewalk.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, hips, abs
Real solid Essentials when I got to the gym. The weights section was totally crowded, but I did fit in some Straight Leg Deadlifts, 3 sets of 10 with 50 lbs. Good back work, not enough to get ready for NPC Badger State this weekend though!!! Anyways finished up with some stretching and abs, then jog back to the car. Felt like I am over the post half running slump. Good to get into a rhythm today.
