Run to the Rec Center

Comments:
Oh man after not running the past two days it felt so good to get in a run. I woke up from my nap and didnt feel ready to go, but warmed up to it and headed out. It was chilly today, mostly because it was freezing (literally) last night. Starting out took a while to warm up. Had a hat on an that helped. Started out up through town and to the ILC then cut right across campus to the gym. Lots of people around either from homecoming or prospective students. Felt real smooth and strong today.

After lifting, headed back home down the bike path. It was starting to get cloudy but it felt warmed and more comfortable on the way back. Took a while to get my legs back into the running mode. Still felt pretty solid though. Lots of leaved and foliage all around on the sidewalks. Its nice.

Essentials: Stretch, abs

Ok stretch while catching the end of a the football games. So conflicted since Harry Potter marathon is on ABC Family, and you gotta get wit dat shit when its on. Anyways legs kinda sore afterwards. Abs were solid I think its important to keep up with that, especially if/when I start up marathon training. All the little things make up the essentials.
