Dude no one was at the gym today. Sundays are a great day to get on the squat and bench racks actually... Worked most things today.
3 sets of:
Seated DB shoulder press x10 (15 lbs)
Bicep Curl x10 (15 lbs)
Lateral DB Shoulder raise x10 (15 lbs)
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Dead lift x10 (50 lbs)
Goblet Squat x10 (25 lbs)
Need to look up some old circuits and lifts and look for plans that strengthen back, hammies, and core as to help with higher mileage. Want to really help complement running with that base strength to prevent injury and prolong endurance. Time to break out the old folder I took from Veale and check out the archives.
