Just did shoulders today in the seat to get some pump. Felt strong actually. Nice number of people around the weights too.

3 sets of:
Seated DB shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
Seated DB Bicep curls x10 (20 lbs)
Seated forward DB raise x10 (20 lbs)

Arms and shoulders dont need to be that strong for my running, back and legs more important, but its really fun to lift arms and get shredded.
