Comments:
Dang this afternoon lost steam. Felt so tired and unfocused, kinda uninterested too. I have been getting some solid strides in maybe this was just a overload. Still at the end of the day made some cool findings. Also, good thing I brought my running stuff to campus. I was so tired and did not want to run, but knew I should. It was warm out today, actually really warm. Ran from the parking lot, looped around O-Hill then came back past the rec center. Took it easy, easing into it after having a sore shin the past few days. It felt great today no problems. Just took it natural, nice and easy. It rained on and off and that was really refreshing. Felt so, so much better when I got back, slightly energized even.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Drove right home and stretched in the living room. Tightened up a little, ITs kinda tight. Overall legs feel tired now, but it was helpful to get them moving. Glad my shin isnt tight anymore as well.
