Weather: hot hot hot
Comments:
we ran to the woods and did two long loops, and then when we returned we did 2 sets of 4 gauntlets with some indian runs in between. also 15 pushups inbetween each "circut" and my and danny p did some abs stuff on our own afterwards. the time is acurate but not including the gauntlets or indian runs. mileage is guesstimate and not including the gauntlets and indian runs
