Comments:
Driving back to Amherst today. Tired in the car, but I didnt need to drive at all, just sat there and chilled. Still felt the ride when I got home. Went in for a quickie, did errands then came home and got to head out before it got dark. New shoes still working into it. Felt stiff today. Felt good overall though, weather was amazing. Everyone really needed to get outside today. Campus was bustling too and thats always fun to see. Felt solid coming back down the hill after I went through town.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Did a little stretching outside then came in and finished up. Surprisingly flexible feeling today. Legs feeling ok too.
Loop going past UHS and coming back through town isnt quite 5.5, but I think I went longer yesterday actually.
