Comments:
Planned on running, but it was Vijesh's birthday so we had dinner downtown and cake at our house at night. Long day and I walked to dinner, on the walk got one of my bad stomach cramps. It sucked and was hard to eat dinner. Didnt feel good afterwards but I came home and just sat on the couch and it equilibrated. Always got to be careful with that. My metabolism is so set that if I miss a meal by just an hour, I get messed up. Staying hydrated helps too.
