Comments:
Repeat 400's at practice on the track. Felt great. easy. Ran 14 x 400 all under 80 seconds. First 2 sets were 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 78, 78. 3rd set dropped to a few 75's. Ready for some actual training!
