Comments:
Had to get that run in dude. Felt it yesterday. Got a lot going on Halloween weekend and I wanted to get this run in to relax a little. Definitely helped. I technically went out right at sunset. Timing was off and it got dark fast. I had to maneuver around to try and stay under the limited street lights we have. Felt solid though kept a good pace and I felt good. Weather was just right as well. Thinking about how to run a premeet and conferences tomorrow. That life was long ago it seems now... Had to slow it down on the way back cause it got dark dude.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Legs felt pretty good so I just did a light stretch in the side room. Also, felt kinda exhausted when I got back, so I just sat and let the run sink in. Super excited to see the crew race tomorrow. Its been a while, and I havnt seen a Case XC race in a longer time. Go Spartans!
