Got that mid-afternoon tired feeling, so I figured I'd exercise a bit in Wyant. More cross-training, since the foot still feels wonky. Gonna keep doing this til I get a few days of not hurting in a row I think. Did get the nice side bonus of seeing some of the guys gunning for the 5k qualifier.
