Comments:
Got to sleep in a little bit today, espeically with the time change. I still woe up kinda early, and watched the NYC Marathon while everyone else was still sleeping. CKells and I got out the door after it ended and did my classic Sunday loop, just we didnt stop and lift we just ran through the gym, out the front door and along our way. Felt tired and weaker than yesterday, still the weather was great and it was good to run with a teammate.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Decent stretch and roll, kinda tired and didnt really feel like stretching that much. Legs feel sore but I feel better running.
