Sleep: 5 hr. Had to leave early from New Orleans for an appointment, went grocery shopping and checked e-mails before heading out for a run, thought it would be a good idea to get in a small workout.

Terry Hershey Park: dike hill
2 x 200m hills with downhill recovery, a couple of quick intervals, happy with the uphill speed. Splits: 41 (66), 43 (67).

Noticeably darker on the way back, stretch, crunches & pushups.
