One of those days where there is no time to run. Had a dentist appointment in the afternoon so I stayed a little later. Did bike today, and biking in the middle of the night (aka 7pm) was kinda cool. Burnt out at the end of the day, just had to get my brain off lab for a little bit, but Ill be ready to get back at it.
