So so needed a run today. Still getting used to the early darkness, so basically every run is a night run now. Struggling the past few days just organizing myself. On the run, couldnt turn off my research brain, but that was a good thing. Running made me think about the problems differently and come to some interesting conclusions and proposals. I think the brain chemistry just needed to be switched up a little, and I never would have gotten that without running. It kept my pace up too, felt great even in the dark, allowed me to run smoother. Looped up around campus first, then cut through past the tennis courts and onto the trail. It was very very warm tonight. Did not need the longsleeve at all.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a stretch tonight. Not much, IT is a little tight but legs arent sore at all. Feel pretty solid. So glad I fit in a run on another busy day. Once again found myself saying you never regret a run, you always regret not going out.
