Plenty of room upstairs on the free weights. Jumped right into it.
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
3 sets of:
Seated DB shoulder press x15 (15 lbs)
Bench Dips x15
DB Row x15 (15 lbs)
PDBKLBKLDBBLK x15 (15 lbs)
Pullups to the max x2
Mostly working shoulders and triceps today. I dont know why, need more strength in my ankles, hips and back. Good pump though and its been a while since I got a good lift in. Remembered how shitty I am at pull ups. Such a great workout though. Would be nice to get back on those and keep working my way up. Thats a exercise ideal for improvement.
