Finally got my lazy ass roommates to get up and do something. We spent most of the day napping on the couch. It was needed though just feeling to burnt out. In the afternoon I really wanted some exercise though. Ankle still too sore and tender to run. I convinced the guys to go to the gym. They played racquetball and I hit the bike. Pretty solid felt great. Had the choice of watching NASCAR or Kardashians. I just tried to stare at the wall.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Good stretch. Gym wasnt too crowded today. Did some ankle stretches afterwards as well. Still feeling really sore and tender. Give it a few more days of rest.
