Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Due to Veterans Day, campus was very quiet. Days like this its hard to get in a good work mode and stay focused. Its just so desolate. I got some work done but left early to come back fit in a run and get ready for this weekend. Honestly now it feels like a good stopping point. I need to hit reset shake it up a little before getting started back on my projects. Past few months I have done a lot, but not made much tangible progress. I now feel alot more comfortable with whats going on and I need a transition. This weekend can act as that transition. This is much like a run does at the end of a long day in lab. Thats why I am glad I got this in. No ankle brace today and it actually felt fine, the rest was good. Got into a solid rhythm on the trail, felt like I was flying. Made it home just as it was getting really dark out.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle stretches
Just got a chance to chill and stretch when I got back. GI Joe was on TV, one of my guilty pleasures. I had to watch it for a little bit, I just love that movie for some reason. Legs feeling pretty solid, feeling tired though. Travel never helps that but Ill have excitement and adrenaline to keep me going. Looking forward to seeing everyone and switching it up for a little bit.
