Weather: warm and humid
Comments:
My legs just didn't have it this morning. Possibly a hangover from yesterday's quick three miles. Walked a bit of this hilly course on the return. Realizing that I need keep from making every run a major exertion if I am to keep my legs fresh enough to complete training and the marathon. Bought some new shoes (actual running shoes) that should arrive in the next days.
