Comments:
Really enjoyed the up-tempo pace.
Workout was 10 min out at ~5k pace + 5 minutes recovery run; then on again for the 10+ minutes back. Last 5 minutes on the way back I picked up the pace a notch.
Other than all the goat heads and the one road we had to cross, this is an excellent location for this type of workout.
