Comments:
Race with Grace 10K. Was able to run the 6.2 miles race plus warm up pain free. I was tired from lack of training and because I was dressed in a turkey costume and it was warm out. Had fun. ran with Joe Haungs (Santa Claus)Still finished 3rd in my age group and won the Westside 30K series! Happy Thanksgiving.
