Comments:
Solid run, good to get the legs moving after not much yesterday. It was cold when I started, but turned out to be pretty mild and I was comfortable. Regular loop up to the gym. I havnt been in a while and havnt had any real structured workouts, makes it kinda boring I realized. Goal it to get a workout plan next semester hopefully to help set up for longer distance training... Did my lift then came back home, slighlty slower pace. Legs felt much heavier and tired on the way back.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched in the living room. Legs feel sore and worked, which is good.
