Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Felt good to get in a solid lift too. Did just upper body looking for the pump. Not too crowded I had plenty of space to work with. Workout was:
3 sets of:
Standing DB Shoulder Press x15 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x15
Bicep curls x15 (20 lbs)
DB Prone Row x15 (20 lbs)
Solid for upper body, didnt add in any core or back since I was getting dark out and I didnt want to be out there when it was too dark to see.
