Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Burning out today. It was raining pretty much all day and felt groggy. I felt like I couldnt start much and just had to wrap some things up. Just a fragile mental state. Definitely looking for a run in the evening. Brought my stuff with me, so I changed in the car and then jogged over to the gym. Did all my running to stay out of the rain. First two miles on the treadmill, one on the track, another on the treadmill, then last one on the track. Split it up really nicely actually, wasnt too boring. The part on the treadmill was quicker. The track is just so stiff and confined I feel sluggish and tight no matter what. Legs felt pretty solid overall feeling much more relaxed after.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, hips, planks
Good stretch afterwards, just chillin. IT felt pretty good today overall so I didnt roll, just did some strengthening hips. Messed up the timer on the planks so I only did two. Jogged back easily to the parking lot then came home to start packing. Powerbar was clutch since my stomach was rumbling after the workout.
