1600, 1200, 1000, 800~~(4:56, 3:36, 2:58, 2:22) Recovery was equal to the time of each interval aka full recovery. Recovery was 200m after the mile, 400m after the 1200 and 1K, and 800m after the final interval. Did 8 strides afterward. The Kezar Stadium is beautiful. Such a great track. Didn't feel incredible but I still had a solid workout.
