Ugh kinda broke the New Years Resolution already. Nothing today. Got home at a weird time, ate dinner, then felt full and bloated all evening. Had some stomach rumblings during the day too didnt set me up very well. Really felt like some exercise would have been good, but I didnt work it in effectively today. Feel very sore from lift yesterday as well.
