Comments:
Rainy day today melted all the snow away. Get some mileage in. I planned around that to do it in the afternoon. Still digesting some food it wasnt all settled down. Felt sluggish as a result I would say. Took it slow going around the school on the way back to relax a little bit. Felt fine cruising back down the hill home.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Really great stretch and roll in the side room when I did get back. Needed that.
