Back on some core work. Mad that the gym is still closed on the weekend. Semester starts next week so it will open up again. Didnt get to running today, let the legs rest. Been going strong for 3 days then taking a rest day works for now. Core felt tough havnt done it in several days and it hurt, but I felt stronger by the end. Adding in a small free weight session after helps a lot.
