Good run this afternoon. Windchill was pretty bad today, definitely had to bundle up. Started out fast, rolling off a solid day at lab. Finally had both my advisors back together for a meeting (WE DEM BOYZ). Got darker as I went along. Just decided to come back along the bikepath. Once I hit the rail trail, stomach cramp started to hit. It was pretty bad the last half a mile or so, I had to slow down considerably. Just made it back to scarf down some food and drink something. I managed to avoid the worst of it, as it started to go away as I stretched. Other than that, a real solid run, felt good after resting legs yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a stretch as I digested and worked through the cramp. Legs felt pretty loose so I didnt need too much stretching. All in all still good timing fitting in some solid mileage today. The Powerbar mid day wasnt enough though.
