Since my legs were so sore, just opted for arms and some core work. Gym was pretty empty because of the Pats game. I caught a little bit of it on the TVs. Workout was:

3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (20 lbs)
Bicep Curl x15 (20 lbs)
Front DB Shoulder Raise x5 (20 lbs)

Ibis 30
Plank 1 min x3

20 lbs felt heavy today. Nice to get in some core and planks really felt it around my back. Looking for that.
