Comments:
5x1K on the indoor track with 3 minutes rest in between intervals. During the 3 minutes rest I would jog around. Thrice I had to use the bathroom so there wasn't much jogging. Times were 3:00, 2:57, 2:57, 2:54, 2:53. Solid workout. I think I could have pushed myself a bit more on the last one. That needs to be done in the race.
