2 mile to MLK, drills, 4 mile tempo, 1 mile to track, 3x300m accelerations, 400m easy, 1 mile to Veale
HR at finish (of tempo) around 188-190
I think we pushed the finish a little more than the rest.
The tempo felt sooo much better than last week. Last week I felt like quitting before the 2 mile. This time I felt good pretty much through 3.
