Comments:
Ran 8x500m today on the indoor track. Definitely one of the harder workouts we've done all season. 200m jog and 2 minutes in between intervals. Every interval was ran between 1:21 high to 1:22 high. Most were 1:22. Definitely tired post workout. Time to recovery and run a fast 5K this weekend.
