Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a sunlight run in. Came home earlyish after being in full on writing mode today. Weather was warm again. Halfzips and shorts. Decent loop around town, felt kinda tired in the legs though. Still held a solid pace it looks like. Felt like pushing the hills on the way back up. Lots of traffic on Rt 9 so I had to go back up to the stoplight rather than coming back down past the track. Finished up felt strong on the way home. Finished right as it was getting dark.
Essentials: Stretch
Felt really flexible today. But kinda tired and didnt do too much extensive stretching. This semester looks like its gonna be busy again, so still wavering on the marathon. Def down for the 5ks and maybe a half in the spring, then use the summer to train for a full. There are a bunch of good races coming up, and these 5 milers are pretty solid.
Loop was a little bit less than 5, but I must have rounded down on Saturday. So pace is skewed faster.
