Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmup, 8 miles extremely slow, 5 light strides on the indoor track. My legs were extremely heavy today from yesterday's workout. Luckily everyone was feeling the same so the pace remained slow. Ran to Oakledge, checked out the tree house, and ran up Maple. Finished with a mini loop on the turf field.
