Comments:
Got out right at sunset. Feeling fried today. Weather was weird too rainy all day, but it was supposed to be warm. It wasnt really. Still shorts weather. Felt solid heading out. Knew no one would be out running, so I would have the streets to myself. Bustin out the new headlamp. It definitely isnt as bright, but it is lighter and more compact, so easier to run with. Also the rain and mist deflected a lot of light. As I kept going, started to feel better and better. Really needed a run today. Stomach grumbling a little bit on the way back but I actually think I picked up the pace there. Felt refreshing to get some rain.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
ITs kinda tight worked those out. Feeling really flexible which is good. Man that run felt great felt flattened from not running yesterday I guess. I found out there is a 10 miler at the end of February. That would be a solid long run and get me into a racing mode.
